Return policy

While we truly believe in the power of our products to deliver deep and enduring relaxation, we also recognize that it is not necessarily for everyone. As such, if you have any desire to return your purchase please be aware of our Return Policy.

  • The product is unused and in re-sellable condition: Full refunds will only be issued for unused product. Any returned product that shows signs of use will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Only defective product is excepted from this policy.
  • The product is found to be defective: All products returned will be examined for any potential defects. If a defect is discovered a full refund will be issued. In order to speed up this process please contact us and report any defects before returning the product.
  • Return is received within 30 days from delivery date: Only returns received within 30 days from date of delivery will be available for refund.
  • Refunds do not include the cost of shipping: Any shipping costs charged will not be included as part of the refund. Except in those cases where shipping was not originally charged.
  • Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable orders: If an order is returned as undeliverable by the carrier, no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be issued for lost or missing orders where proof of delivery is available: In the event a package is shown to have been delivered by the carrier–tracking information constitutes proof of delivery–but the consignee is not able to locate the package, no refund will be issued. In such a case the customer should contact the carrier and open a case.
  • International orders that are refused will not be refunded: In the event an international order is refused no refund will be issued. International orders are those shipped outside the continental United States.
  • Case by case refunds can be issued in extreme circumstances: In the event of extreme or unforeseeable circumstances a full refund can be issued even if a return violates any portion of this policy. This will be handled on a case by case basis. If you believe your specific order falls into this criteria please notify us prior to sending in your return.
