I am so happy with my mat and groove balls! The mat has assisted me with alleviated my chronic pain due to degenerative disc disease. I try to use it before I go to sleep. I roll on the balls anytime I a working at my desk.

It may take time for people to adjust to the initial pain/discomfort but it does help get some tension out if you accept to relax.
It is a real addition to my regular routine to stay “physically” healthy.
