The Spoonk Organic Hemp Travel-Size Mat is a convenient, portable version of our full-sized mat, designed to bring the benefits of acupressure with you wherever you go. Inspired by the ancient healing art of Shiatsu massage, the Spoonk mat uses acupressure to increase circulation and relieve muscle tension or pain in targeted areas.
