I have purchased a mat a couple years ago and ended giving it to my daughter, she loves. Been a nurse, massage therapist and a healer she recognized what works best. Great quality! It was important to me that my mat was made of good material. This is definitely high quality. The travel size doesn’t work well folded in half as a pillow so I just lay it on a pillow and it works great for my neck and head. I love this thing and am unsure how I lived without it for so long! I try to use it everyday.
